Speaker Content Assistant
A tool built on Amazon Bedrock and Claude 3 that helps developers and speakers structure talks in 5+ formats (workshops, keynotes, meetups, webinars), with time distribution and audience-aware suggestions. I published an article about it on AWS Community Builders.
Privacy-first cycle tracker
A women's health prototype built with Kiro and serverless AWS. I presented it at Women Who Code Summit in New York.
Avanza
A fitness social network with real-time chat, trainer forums and workout routine building. Piloted with 30 users at 90% satisfaction.
Medical Image Detector
A convolutional neural network classifier that detects anomalies in medical images.
AdoptaMascota
A full-stack web app that matches pets up for adoption with families, designed with usability heuristics and responsive design.

Hi, I'm Fer.
I studied Computer Science at UNAM and today I'm a Cloud Engineer at AWS. In 2023, between internships and events, I noticed I was almost always the only woman in the room, and I decided that had to change.
That's why I founded Ixalli, get on stage and share online what building a career in tech is like, failures included. Off screen I'm a gym rat and an indoor cycling coach.
